Before installation, first check whether the accessories are complete, including the camera, optical engine, turntable, calibration board, etc. It should be noted that 3D printed parts are not included after purchase; drawings will be provided after confirming receipt, which can be printed by yourself.

II. Platform Assembly

1.Set up the framework.

2. Fix the support plate to the platform with long screws of any specification.

3.Install the camera on the fixing plate with 3 M3*5 screws.

4.Install the camera and optical engine in their corresponding positions.

5.Fix the calibration board on the universal head with blue tack. After calibration, the calibration board can be replaced with a platform.

III. Wiring and Startup

2.HUB Wiring: Note that the DMD is particularly vulnerable to electrostatic damage (it is recommended to use an anti-static wristband). When wiring, connect all wires to the HUB board, camera, and optical engine first, then connect to the computer and power on.

4.Manual focusing.

5.Adjust the angles of the optical engine and camera: The distance between the calibration board and the camera is 300mm, and the mark point position is the recommended fixed position. At this time, the camera can capture the entire field of view of the projector.
